Returns Policy : Return of goods

I want each and every customer to be a happy one, but in the unlikely event of a problem please read below, and contact me immediately via contact page.

I operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return doll set to Me in its original "as new condition" with all tags attatched, in its packaging within 14 days from date of invoice. I will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the doll set. Clearly mark your emails with RETURNS 14 DAYS, stating your full details, before you return the item.

In the highly unlikely event there being a faulty or damaged doll set upon arrival, please mark your email FAULTY RETURNS with your full details and stating the item fault, so I can pass those details onto the manufacturer. Once I receive the doll set in its original packaging, I will then happily replace the doll set or refund in full the price you paid for the item , and I will return the faulty item to the manufacturer for my credit, with your email details of the fault.

If the fault has occured during transit through the post please clearly mark the email:

 RETURNS POSTAL DAMAGE with your full details, and then return the doll set with all packaging , for a replacement or full refund: I will then in turn start the process for compensation, via the postal service, Royal Mail then start the process, which can take some time.

For your own protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service for returns. I will reimburse you in full on receipt of the returned goods. You will, however, be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us (unless these goods are faulty )

Postage will be added at checkout, this will vary dependant upon your quantity ordered = weight, postage options chosen and zone shipped to.

Postage calculated via Royal Mail for UK and N.I on 1 x doll set (0.580kg): from 6/4/2009 tariff.

1st Class (packet rate GB and N.I) -  £2.65p

2nd Class (packet rate GB and NI) -  £2.24p

1st Class (recorded & signed for) -    £3.37p

2nd Class (recorded & signed for) -   £2.96p

Packaging is FREE where possible. This consists of a  new polybag and a document window, or if ordering in bulk the original box that dolls were delivered in from the Manufacturer. I like to recycle where I can!
